1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PSPM Semester 2 Results Dashboard (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is an aggregate academic analytics dashboard displaying anonymized, precomputed statistics from PSPM Semester 2 examination results. The Service does not collect personal information, does not require user accounts, and does not accept user-submitted data.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, visual design, and aggregate data presented on the Service are the intellectual property of the operator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operator makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data presented. The dataset includes SDS (Semester 1–2) and SES (Semester 3–4) students only; SES Semester 1 and Semester 2 students are not represented.

5. Limitation of Liability

The operator shall not be liable for any decisions made based on data displayed on the Service. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
